Fall is Vata season. A time of movement, transition, coolness, and change. While these qualities can bring creativity and inspiration, too much Vata can leave us feeling scattered, untethered, restless, and depleted.
In this mini Ayurvedic workshop, we’ll explore how to recognize the qualities of Vata in both body and mind, and discover simple yoga and Ayurvedic practices to help counter them. Through movement, breath, seasonal self-care, and grounding practices, you’ll learn practical tools to cultivate warmth, steadiness, nourishment, and ease throughout the fall.
Come learn how to move with the season while staying rooted within yourself.
