Join Carrie Klaus, ERYT 500 for this special Yoga with Weights Series.
In this 4 week series of classes we will utilized light hand weights combined with traditional hatha yoga postures to help build strength and stability while you practice.
This class is perfect for:
- those with hypermobility who need additional stability to protect their joints
- those who are experiencing muscle mass reduction due to aging
- those looking to strengthen their bones with the addition of weighted resistance
- anyone looking to add more resistance to their hatha yoga practice
Each class will consists of a warm up, active hatha yoga postures with weights, and a cool down stretch and relaxation.
Due to the popularity of Yoga with Weights, all NO SHOWS will be charged an $18 no-show fee.
