Awaken and Align builds on the foundation of Hatha yoga postures and breathwork, weaving in philosophical themes and offering opportunities for a bit more physical challenge. This class supports you in refining alignment- discovering what optimal alignment looks like for your unique body through the use of props and mindful adjustments. Beyond the physical, Awaken and Align also invites you to connect with your inner Self, fostering a deeper sense of harmony with the world around you. Suitable for all levels, with plenty of modifications offered.
