In this class you will move through a sequence of strengthening and balancing Hatha yoga postures, then flow into a restorative yoga practice. This is an all levels class that focuses on linking the breath to movement and then slowing things down a little more to restore. This class is beginner friendly, but keep in mind you will be practicing some stillness, holding some postures between 2-10 minutes during the restorative portion of class, challenging the mind to focus.
