In this class you will be guided by the instructor through a series of poses designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Hatha Yoga classes may include continuous movement through vinyasa or in depth focus on specific poses, all ending with deep relaxation. Each class will be different.
**Level 1 classes are for students with little to no yoga experience. These students are expected to be in normal health with no limiting injuries and are able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Level 1 classes teach basic, foundational hatha yoga, as well as strengthening and postural alignment necessary to advance to the level 2 classes.
