A class designed to rest and restore your body. Props are utilized to promote optimal comfort and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
For the in-person class please make sure to bring ALL props with you- yoga mat, bolster, blocks, strap, blanket (multiple if you have them). An old sofa cushion can be a great replacement for a bolster if you don't have one. A beach towel or throw blanket can serve as a replacement for a yoga blanket. Be creative and use what you have available to you. You will want lots of props for this class to get the most out of it.
