This class, similar to our other Hatha Yoga offerings, focuses on alignment and connecting the breath to movement. This class will be on the more gentle side, but you can still expect to get into a downward-facing dog pose and some standing poses from time to time. Energize for your day but also relax after a long week with this NEW Friday morning class offering.
