Āyurvedic Yoga fuses the sister sciences of yoga and āyurveda into a system of practice that addresses both the āyurvedic mind-body type (dosha) and the energetic and elemental qualities present in the moment.  Each class is uniquely designed to create true balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

Āyurvedic Flow fuses the elements of our Āyurvedic Yoga classes with the popular flow/vinyasa style of hatha yoga. These classes are for practitioners with some hatha yoga experience that are interested in getting the most benefit from their practice.  Classes will include traditional yoga āsana (postures), prānāyāma (breathwork), meditation, and relaxation.  

The intensity of these classes will vary based on the season, the qualities of the day, and the participants that are present in each class.
