Yin Yoga and Reiki Healing with Native American Flute

Join Carrie Klaus, ERYT 500 and Megan Scoggan, certified First Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner, for an evening of healing. Utilizing the subtle postures of yin yoga to release stagnation in the energetic body combined with the healing touch of reiki, this class will promote relaxation and reduction of stress to aid in physical and emotional healing. The practice will be accompanied by the sounds of Native American flute with Will Walker to help guide you into a deeper state of release. 

Reiki can be administered via hands on or hands off techniques, and your preferences will be honored.
