In this class you will be guided by the instructor through a series of poses designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Hatha Yoga classes may include continuous movement through vinyasa or in depth focus on specific poses, all ending with deep relaxation. Each class will be different.

**Level 2 classes are for students who have some experience with hatha yoga and are able to flow through a sun salutation. Please see our website for full class level descriptions.
