Vinyasa Yoga takes the static postures of Hatha Yoga and links them together with breath awareness to create a moving meditation. There is less focus on alignment in a Vinyasa Yoga class.

**Level 3 classes are for students who have a consistent, weekly yoga practice. These students are expected to be in normal health with no limiting injuries and are able to modify postures as necessary without guidance.
