Compliment your yoga practice with this self massage class.  Using balls, blocks, and other props to target muscles and fascia to release tension, improve blood flow to the tissues, and gain more mobility and range of motion. 

Yoga TuneUp Therapy Balls are recommended (sold in studio). Tennis balls will be provided for those without Yoga TuneUp balls.
